Job description
Key Responsibilities Manage and administer enterprise storage platforms including NetApp, Hitachi VSP, EMC Unity/VNX, ECS, Isilon, Tintri, and Nasuni. Perform LUN provisioning, storage allocation, volume management, and capacity planning. Configure and maintain SAN and NAS environments. Handle storage replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity operations. Perform firmware upgrades and storage hardware maintenance activities. Monitor storage infrastructure health and resolve performance issues. Manage Brocade and Cisco SAN switches, including zoning and troubleshooting. Support storage migration, commissioning, and decommissioning activities. Create and maintain SOPs, KB articles, and technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, firmware updates, and critical incidents. Provide customer support and participate in maintenance and change activities. Monitor backup infrastructure and support NetBackup, Avamar, and related backup solutions. Work with Active Directory integration, file shares, and NAS file systems.
