Job Description – Ivalua Techno-Functional Consultant (India – Anywhere) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Ivalua Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation across the Ivalua platform. The role requires strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes along with hands-on configuration, integration, and support capabilities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Techno-Functional Delivery • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Ivalua solutions • Configure Ivalua modules: o Sourcing (RFx, Auctions) o Supplier Management (SRM) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) o Invoicing & Payments • Design and configure workflows, forms, fields, and business rules ________________________________________ 2. Technical Development • Develop and maintain: o Integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) o APIs / Web Services (REST/SOAP) o Data migration and transformation scripts • Build reports and dashboards using SQL queries • Customize UI components and scripts (JavaScript-based enhancements) ________________________________________ 3. Integration & Data Management • Handle inbound/outbound integrations (file-based, middleware, APIs) • Manage master data (suppliers, catalog, contracts) • Ensure data consistency and governance across systems ________________________________________ 4. AMS / Production Support • Handle L2/L3 support tickets with SLA adherence • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes • Troubleshoot: o Integration failures o Workflow issues o Data inconsistencies • Participate in on-call / critical incident management ________________________________________ 5. Testing & Release Management • Prepare and execute: o Unit Testing o SIT / UAT support • Support release deployments and patch updates • Create and maintain documentation: o Functional Specs o Technical Design Docs o Runbooks and SOPs ________________________________________ 6. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams • Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs • Provide regular status updates and risk tracking ________________________________________ Required Skills Functional Skills • Strong domain knowledge of: o Source-to-Pay (S2P) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Supplier lifecycle management • Experience in procurement platforms (Ivalua preferred) ________________________________________ Technical Skills • Hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and development • Strong SQL skills (mandatory) • Integration expertise: o REST / SOAP APIs o EDI / Flat file integrations • Basic scripting: o JavaScript (preferred) ________________________________________ Tools & Technologies • Ivalua Platform • SQL / Database querying • Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi – optional) • ERP systems (SAP S/4, Oracle Fusion – preferred) ________________________________________ Experience Requirements Level Experience Key Expectations Consultant (L2) 4–8 years Config + integrations + support ________________________________________ Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Supply Chain / Business • Ivalua certification (preferred) ________________________________________ Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication (client-facing) • Ability to work in global AMS / support models • Ownership mindset and proactive approach ________________________________________ Good to Have • Multi-country rollout experience • Knowledge of compliance and audit processes • Exposure to agile delivery models
