The ideal candidate will have expertise in Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, MCP, LLM Fine-tuning, Context Engineering, Data Pipelines, Knowledge Graphs (Neo4J), and AIOps, with the ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams. Key Responsibilities AI Architecture & Solution Design Design and develop enterprise-grade Multi-Agent AI systems. Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool and API integrations. Apply Context Engineering techniques to improve LLM reasoning and performance. Define scalable and secure AI platform architectures. LLM Development & Optimization Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using HuggingFace, LoRA, PEFT, and OpenAI frameworks. Evaluate and implement Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and RAG strategies. Develop custom embeddings and domain-specific AI solutions. Knowledge & Data Engineering Design and implement data ingestion and ETL pipelines. Build and maintain Knowledge Graphs using Neo4J or equivalent graph databases. Integrate Knowledge Graphs with AI applications and RAG frameworks. Development & Deployment Develop AI solutions using Python and AI orchestration frameworks. Implement scalable, observable, and reliable AI systems. Drive AI deployment, monitoring, and optimization using AIOps practices. Technical Leadership Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design activities. Mentor development teams on AI best practices and emerging technologies. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of experience in Enterprise AI Development. Strong expertise in: Multi-Agent Systems Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Model Context Protocol (MCP) LLM Fine-Tuning (HuggingFace, LoRA, PEFT, OpenAI) Context Engineering Python Development Experience with: Data Pipelines and ETL Workflows Knowledge Graphs (Neo4J or similar) AIOps and AI Operations Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as: LangChain LangGraph Google ADK Microsoft Agent Framework Proven experience leading AI projects and technical teams. Preferred Skills Azure AI Services and Cloud Deployments. Vector Databases (PGVector, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate). DevOps/MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. ReactJS for AI dashboards and agent interfaces. Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and GenAI solutions.
